The Gospel of Judas - Rodolphe Kasser and Gregor Wurst - This book gave me a compelling new look at Jesus, his teachings and Gnosticism. It also shone some interesting light on the role of Judas. And it helps if you want to begin to understand Knowledge (Gnosis). It was nice to see that this Gospel depicts Jesus laughing. Laughter is one of the most obvious aspects missing from many Scriptures, where we are generally given rather dour views of the true Spiritual Teachers. The thing is, if you 'Get It' (understand God), whilst you will always exude a definite power and will not be a dupe for rubbish, you are far more likely to have a sense of humour than if you don't 'Get It'.

The Real Astrology - John Frawley - When I first read this book I could not put it down, and it really made me think. It also helped me flush out much of the rubbish that calls itself 'modern astrology', or at least put it firmly in its place, so that I could begin my long but true road to the astrology that has its roots in the very deepest depths of humankind.

The Real Astrology Applied - John Frawley - If you take your astrology seriously then you should have read this book. It has an informative section on the astrological houses, and helps remove any excess, dangers and bad habits associated with 'modern' pop 'astrology'.

Christian Astrology - William Lilly - There is no astrologer who can claim to be an astrologer who has not studied this book, written by who is commonly seen to be one of the great masters of astrology. It is not the easiest read, but is is very real, and if you are astute you can see that even Lilly made mistakes.

Recordings of the 4th Real Astrology Conference with John Frawley, Bernhard Bergbauer and Oscar Hofman giving some fine lectures on topics ranging from free will and pre-destination to the fixed stars to alchemy. The learning that these men have is astonishing. Listen to these recordings and you will begin to understand what astrology is all about, and therefore you will begin to find its true worth. Excellent stuff!
