Astrology and me
I have practised astrology for twelve years. Although I have had an interest in the subject since I can remember, you could say that my work on the subject began in my teen years with Linda Goodman's Love Signs, a fun book for the love-struck teenager. Whilst Goodman's book cannot be taken as a serious astrology text book, it certainly helped give me a feel for the subject. It was around twenty years ago that I started to read some serious text books, reading anything from with Liz Greene to Jeffrey Wolf Green to Robert Hand. I taught myself; a few years later taking the leap and giving consultations, which is another huge leap in learning - you cannot truly learn without putting your knowledge to the test. My knowledge of the subject was shaped and properly rooted when I studied for my Horary Craftsman Diploma, which I was awarded by John Frawley in 2009. It was on this course that I was introduced to William Lilly's work. William Lilly, one of the greatest astrologers, lived in England in the seventeenth century. He is best known for his Christian Astrology, which provides a fine letter to the student - a document that I believe should be read and understood by all astrologers. However, my greatest lesson in astrology and its true Divine purpose, along with its incredible significance for mankind, came through the twelve years of writing The Astrology of God - the book that shows how and why astrology is such a truly important subject, helping to point us in the right direction in all areas of our lives. It is this book that is my bedrock as far as all of my ideas are concerned - hence this website covers areas of politics, life and spirituality.
Horary astrology
Horary astrology provides us with ancient astrological method. What happens is that the client asks a simple question (should I invest in gold? will I like my new job? and so on). As soon as I understand the question I set a chart (I need no time, date and place of birth of the client). From this I can obtain answers with considerable accuracy.
Natal astrology
I use a natal chart (accurate time, date and place of birth needed) to give an overall consultation. Such consultations can help unlock problems, helps us see the big picture and thus put doubts, challenges and so on into context, giving advice guidance wherever necessary. Hence they are useful for forecasts, but ones that are in the context of past, present and future.
Whatever astrological approach I take I never forget that everything is indeed in God's hands, and that astrology is a very important tool to help point us in the direction of God.
